The original “large catamaran” Reef/Backcountry combo eco trip in Key West!  This catamaran is named after (and originally co-owned by Dennis Conner) the famed America’s Cup winner, is a 49 passenger sailing catamaran that runs a first class combo trip. Stairway to the water makes getting in and out easy. Plenty of shade and sunning deck area. Lunch, soft drinks & snorkel equipment are provided. They make it a point to not run full for guest comfort.  Most of the crew and captain have marine biology backgrounds making the trip a real education on top of the fun.  The owners are superb people that truly care. Welcome to the catamaran Island excursion! We run this fun trip 3 days each week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. What we do is sail on our beautiful catamaran out to the coral reef for an hour or so of snorkeling... Then head off to the mangrove jungles of the Keys “back-country” for some kayaking & exploration... very cool. What’s provided? How about lunch, Steamed Shrimp and Fried Chicken with Potato Salad or Cole Slaw, Deli Platter and a variety of breads. Beer, Wine, Sangria, and Sodas too. Of course as always, snorkel equipment and kayaks are part of the deal. This is a beautiful, relaxing trip that is just a blast, we highly recommend buying one of those disposable underwater cameras for a few bucks!

Incredibly relaxing excursion, deeply relaxing.  We silently sail our big, spacious 65 foot sailboat into the pristine Backcountry area to kayak the jungles and observe wildlife.  We commonly see turtles, dolphin, stingrays, starfish and hundreds of different types of tropicals and other fish.  Our popular afternoon trip is slightly longer and has a sunset cruise built right in!  The water is typically clear, warm and quite shallow where we go, so non-swimmers will delight in how easy and fun our locations are. We include all snorkeling equipment, beer, wine and soft drinks for our guests. Amazing Charters is one of the widest sailboats around so you’ll have plenty of room to lay out and get some sun and maybe sleep after a busy night!
